AUSTIN, TEXAS July 30, 2020 — Keller Williams (KW), the world’s largest real estate technology franchise by agent count, is expanding further across Europe and South America. As momentum continues, Keller Williams has awarded new master licenses in Paraguay and Serbia.

As of June 30, KWW has 232 market centers (outside of the United States and Canada) across 45 regions. KWW has 10,760 agents collectively operating outside the U.S. and Canada, up 33.3% since June 30, 2019.
The KW franchise in Paraguay is led by Regional Operating Principal Raquel Oviedo. KW Paraguay is currently initializing operations and will be open for business in Q4 ’20.
