Austin, TX | April 26, 2021

AUSTIN, TEXAS April 26, 2021 Keller Williams Worldwide (KWW), the international division of kwx, the holding company of Keller Williams (KW), the world’s largest real estate technology franchise by agent count, is expanding across Europe and Asia.

As momentum continues, KWW reports strong year-over-year growth and has awarded new master licenses in Albania and Mongolia. As of March 31, KWW has 265 market centers, operating outside the U.S. and Canada, with 12,912 agents, up 6.9% since December 31, 2020.

“Despite COVID conditions, it’s our unique privilege to again report robust growth across the globe,” said William E. Soteroff, president of KWW. “The credit for our continued year-over-year momentum belongs to our people, the driving force and the foundation of our culture and our strong agent-centric systems and models, supported by powerful technology.”

“We’re honored to introduce two impressive world-class leaders that will spearhead our latest expansion efforts into Albania and Mongolia,” said Soteroff. “While we remain focused on the future, the addition of these two new regions to our worldwide family builds on our proud past.”

Led by Regional Operating Principal Genti Skenderaj, the Keller Williams franchise in Albania is currently initializing operations. In Q3 ‘21, KW Albania is expected to open its first market center.

“Although we are a small country, our dreams are very big and ambitious,” said Skenderaj. “We aim to become the largest real estate company in Albania inside five years, using Keller Williams’ models and systems, technology and training.”

“We see the Keller Williams culture also as key to attracting and retaining the best agents in our country,” said Skenderaj.
