Matt Green takes on his new position as head of agent growth & partner experience after successfully serving as director of growth at KWRI. He comes to this role with an already-deep appreciation for what it means to be a great leader and teammate. Matt previously served as the regional director for the Keller Williams Utah Region. A long-time, respected Realtor, he was recognized in 2011 as one of Utah Business Magazine’s “40 Under 40”. In 2008, he received the Realtor of the Year award from the Park City Board of Realtors, where he spent four years serving on the board, becoming president in 2007.
An entrepreneur for most of his professional life, Matt brings innovation and vision to each of his leadership roles, as well as when he started his own web hosting and marketing companies. His work in the technology field, combined with his keen knowledge of the real estate industry, provides him with a unique understanding of the role technology plays in creating exceptional experiences for both the agent and their clients. His bold and entrepreneurial spirit will serve him well in his new position, where he intends to “help imagine and develop tools and services for Keller Williams franchise owners and agents so they can provide exceptional and unique experiences for home buyers and sellers.”
Matt is looking forward to working beside those he considers to be some of the brightest minds in real estate today, determined to help propel Keller Williams to new heights in the industry. The company’s belief system has come to serve as his “true north,” and has helped guide his response to many of his life’s most meaningful moments. The Keller Williams mission to positively and permanently impact the lives of its people “motivates me daily and reminds me that what we do matters.”
Matt currently resides in Kaysville, Utah, where he lives with his wife of 25 years, four children, and two dogs. The whole family enjoys exploring nature and spending summer weekends camping in the great outdoors. In his off-time, Matt still enjoys playing hockey once a week and staying active while skiing, boating, and hiking with his family.Back to All
