John Keller

Head of Transformation

As kwx head of transformation, John Keller is responsible for ushering in a new era for the real estate company his father built a decade before he was born. From agent relations to technological innovations, John promises to bring fresh eyes and a futuristic approach to every aspect of the Keller Williams business. He believes that kwx’s focus on one team with one mission has “everything to do with creating an integrated homeownership experience for both agents and their clients.”

In addition to a lifetime of learning beneath one of the most influential entrepreneurs in real estate, John’s educational accolades include an undergraduate degree in landscape architecture from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the Acton School of Business in Austin, Texas. Upon graduating, John returned to Keller Williams to build Keller Covered, the insurance arm of the business. He then dove into the digital experience, creating the first KW agent and client app. From there, he parlayed his passion for human-centered experiences into an “ecosystem” for all things homeownership, which eventually became kwx.

Residing in Austin with his wife, Laura Hill, his two young children, and his two labs (one of which serves as the mascot for KW Labs), John spends his free time painting landscapes, fly-fishing, and engaging in other activities that strengthen his appreciation for the great outdoors.
