Ellen Curtis joined Keller Williams Realty International (KWRI) in the spring of 2004, motivated to help KW leap from the third-largest real estate franchise in North America to the top. In the 15+ years since, she has championed the models, systems, and culture of the company to real estate entrepreneurs around the globe, empowering Keller Williams to become the largest real estate franchise by agent count in the world. Her laudable accomplishments launched her up the corporate ladder, first to vice president of operations and then chief operating officer for KW Worldwide, and now to vice president of operations for the entire KWRI organization.
As the driving force behind some of the company’s most ambitious initiatives, Ellen recently co-created and hosted the inaugural futuRE event, where app developers from multiple countries competed for a coveted spot in the KW MarketPlace. Between her forward-thinking mindset and her close collaboration with regional leadership, Ellen is fully committed to providing every Keller Williams agent with the technology and support they need to win in any market.
Ellen lives in Austin, Texas, with her skate-park architect husband Yann and a 20-pound cat named Danger. When she’s not strategizing KWRI’s future endeavors, she’s likely planning her next international adventure, eager to fill her passport with a stamp from every country on Earth. Ellen’s boundless energy and passion for new experiences are consistent with her life’s motto, “You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.”Back to All
