Carl Liebert is chief executive officer of kwx, an integrated homeownership experience company representing Keller Williams’ companies: Keller Williams Realty, Inc.; Keller Williams Worldwide, Keller Mortgage, Keller Covered, Keller Offers and Keller Manage. In his current role, Liebert leads ongoing purposeful efforts at scaling and accelerating the vision for a seamless, integrated agent-centric experience.

Liebert is a global business leader with more than 30 years of experience leading winning teams,
driving customer-centric transformations and creating shareholder value.

Liebert most recently served as the former chief executive officer and president of AutoNation,
America’s largest automotive retailer. He also served as executive vice president and chief
operating officer for USAA’s business operations functions, including USAA’s bank, investment,
life, property and casualty, real estate investment companies and member contact functions. His
responsibilities included delivering an integrated digital experience through USAA’s website, tablet,
mobile devices, voice and emerging channels.

Prior to joining USAA, Liebert was the president and chief executive officer of 24Hour Fitness,
overseeing the operations of 415 fitness clubs across the United States and Asia. As an executive
vice president for The Home Depot, he oversaw the sales, strategy, execution, future supply
chain, global sourcing strategy and operations across more than 2,000 international stores and
250,000 employees. Liebert has held leadership roles with General Electric and Circuit City.

Liebert has a strong commitment to serving others. He currently serves as a board member for
the V Foundation for Cancer Research, the Naval Academy Foundation Athletic and Scholarship
Program, the Naval War College Foundation and recently became a member of the Board of
Advisors for Duke University’s Coach K Center on Leadership & Ethics (COLE) at the Fuqua School of
Business.

Prior roles include supporting the Veterans of Foreign Wars Foundation Board of Advisors and
the Deming Center for Quality, Productivity and Competitiveness at Columbia Business School.
Liebert is a former U.S. Navy officer who graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a
B.S. in physical science and played in the ‘87 Navy Elite 8 basketball team. He earned his MBA from
Vanderbilt University, Owen Graduate School of Management.

Liebert is married, is the proud father of three grown sons, and is an exuberant grandfather of
three grandchildren.
